Are You Willing To Be Coached?

The recent end of the college and pro football seasons are greeted by changes in head coaches. Those who fail to achieve the team's objectives are often dismissed. Others are brought in to take the helm of a program. They are asked by leaders and owners to share their experience, wisdom and insights in the hope of success on the field. "Coaching" may also mean an relationship between two people, of whom one has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns. The need to have someone further on the path to give those who will learn is invaluable. One trait of successful people in all walks of life is the willingness to work with someone. Ask yourself, how willing are you to be coached?
